Kaban ni D_BystandeR: PAHIMULOS SA PANAHON???

From the explanation given by Congressman Raul del Mar, it would appear that the June 15 council meeting which consequently deleted the construction of two flyovers of the congressman was a maneuver intended to carry out a plan hatched by Rama without the presence of the principal sponsor of the deleted projects. Imagine, a day before the meeting the Congressman's office just received a phone call and it was nowhere in the agenda that the plan to delete the project would be taken up. And to think that Del Mar was in Manila at that time it would have been a proper decorum for Rama to wait for his presence before deleting a "very big project" so as to allow its proponent the chance to defend and ventilate his views on the matter. The insistence of Mike Rama to use the Robert Rules not to allow Del Mar's request for reconsideration despite the fact that the letter sent for the purpose was very much done and sent in advance to see to it that it is included in the agenda only shows Rama's hollow stand to unreasonably ignore Del Mar's valid pleading. It was Jose Daluz's assurance to the congressman that his request for reconsideration for the two flyovers be taken up in the next council meeting that Del Mar was finally appeased. 

What appeared to be visible in that meeting was the palpable display of Rama's power as chairman of that council meeting to railroad against the implementation of the two flyovers of Del Mar taking advantage of his absence in that June 15 meeting where the two projects were deleted.
