Kaban ni D_BystandeR: LIPAT-LIPAT???

Mao ni akong naayunan ni "Sir Bob" kay way tihik-tihik kun mopika unya makatarunganon ra ba ang punto nga iyang giluwatan. I remember one time it was reported in the news that Gov. Gwen is going to implement something as a form of a tax measure because she observed the Cebu group of bus operators are not following the approved bus fares and was in fact lowering its fare rates. Instead of appreciating the remarkable move of the bus operators Gov. Gwen wants to impose something so that in the end the bus fares will go up. I cannot understand the rationale behind this move, instead of commending the bus owners for lowering fares because they want to help the poor commuters stretch their hard-earned money to the last centavo here is the governor whose thinking is like that of a sadist? She wants the poor commuters to suffer more? And yet how many times we hear the governor bragging to the whole world that during her watch, Cebu province ranks among the richest provinces in the country if not the richest of all the provinces. That is why she was being generous giving "millions of the provincial money" to other places outside Cebu like: to Ilocos Norte of Imelda, to Camarines Sur of Gov. Salceda and to another province in Mindanao in Cotabato? because Cebu has lots of money "to throw away" to help other places outside Cebu. And what is the "good governor" doing now?  

She is trying to "screw-up" the Cebuanos because it has no more money to spend even for a simple matter to maintain the cleanliness of the "toilets or comfort rooms" inside the south bus terminal. Even the bus parking fee of P100 is increased 100 percent to P200 and  everything she can think of to make life of the poor Cebuanos unbearable! And yet she has the temerity or the face to run for public  office as Congresswoman of the 3rd District?

Nahimo siyang mamumuo sa usa ka pribadong kompaniya sa dakbayan sa Sugbo, ESCANO LINES, sulod sa napulo ug duha (12) ka tuig  dayon niyang tapon  ngadto sa NAPOCOR  ug nahimong kawani sa kagamhanan  sulod sa bayente dos (22) ka tuig. Niadtong tunga-tungang bahin sa tuig 2000, nilalin siya ngadto sa tinipong nasod sa Amerika ug sulod sa napulo (10) ka tuig, nagtrabaho siya sa  buhatan sa kagamhanan sa nasod sama  sa  UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS).  Karon sa pangedaron nga 67,  gihuptan gihapon niya ang walay pagkutat nga kadasig ug walay busganan nga kaikag sa pagpaambit sa iyang nahuptang abilidad  ug kabatid sa panulat.  Dili niya mapugngan ang kaugalingon sa pagpaambit sa iyang mga hunahuna labi na kon molambigit kini ug hisgotanan nga makadani sa iyang mga mata.)
