Kaban ni D_BystandeR: PAKYAS KAGAMHANAN SA PAGHATAG UG KABALHINAN???

Is this another case of the city government committing another blunder in treating the less fortunate settlers occupying the city-owned property? The place is said to be having an area of 1,000 square meters and is near Block 27 of the North Reclamation Area which the city government is eyeing to sell to come up with additional funding for the next year's budget. Earlier information gathered is that the said place will be used as a plant nursery for the City Agriculture's Office. City Councilor Alvin Dizon is reminding them especially the concerned city government office to follow the law in the relocation of these poor settlers. This is another case of the Rama city administration doing something to place the living condition of the poor settlers more unbearable? 

Why can't they just observe following the law on their relocation instead of issuing a ten-day-notice for them to vacate the place or else their structures will be demolished by November 5? These people - the 32 families - have their own little children so a little compassion on the side of the city executive department is needed considering that the innocent children involved at their youthful ages are now exposed to the harsh realities of life.
