Kaban ni D_BystandeR: WALAY KAHIBALO SI MIKE SA PAGPANGITA UG PUNDO???

Mayor Mike Rama has no known expertise how to raise funds for the city's varied projects except that he is salivating at how to find a way that he can uncontrollably dip his fingers into the SRP lots so he can squander them anyway he wants. If not for the BOPK guardsmen resolutely standing to safeguard city coffers in the name of the Cebu City taxpayers only God knows what will happen to that if left unrestrained under Rama's extravagant handling of much needed funds.

A glance at how much they need to improve the drainage problem to prevent flooding will give us a bird's eye view that they are considering to spend at what they call as "sky is the limit" because they are eyeing the indiscriminate sale of SRP lots. And they are using this "reasoning or leverage" to make it appear before the public that BOPK councilors are not helping the city about how to help solved city flooding. Flooding is everywhere. Even in the States, in Russia, Australia, Canada, flooding is everywhere. Some experts do not discount climate change  as one of the controlling factors that caused flooding. Even in Chicago flooding was devastating. But a huge tunnel  under construction which already cost billions of dollars was criticized by the leading newspaper, Chicago Tribune, in one of their issues featuring the subject about flooding. Some technical observations were revealed in that study and the paper mentioned other alternative options based on some known experts on the subject. The plan advanced by the Rama administration is expected to eat up a big portion of SRP lots and the people know what is primarily at the back of his head which is to see to it that expenditures will be made in such a way that he will be able to galvanize everything for his mayoral dream of conquering the next election come 2016.
