What is this man waiting for in a span of more than 37 years? Pablo Villaver, president and CEO of Malayan Integrated Industries Corp. must have been entertaining some personal fantasies and could be expecting that he can still revive his dormant claim to his reclamation project in Cordova which has been dated as far back during the time  of Dictator Marcos! Somebody, please, must come to his rescue not to make himself the laughing stock that he now appears to be.
