Kaban ni D_BystandeR: NAGHITAK ANG HINAGIBAN SA KADALANAN

This is the result of too many guns on the loose and in the hands of criminals and irresponsible persons. This is a nationwide plague that innocent citizens cannot expect to walk in the middle of the street unharmed even if they have no known personal enemies because sometimes "joy killers or paregla" will just unexpectedly come to the minds of manic killers. A no-nonsense campaign by police authorities to arrest this mounting problem of too much loose firearms in the hands of unauthorized persons like what was done before the advent of martial law would have been better.
