Kaban ni D_BystandeR: MIKAKAK SI SENADOR TRILLANES???

Sen. Trillanes is smart and a coward when he declined to appear in IBP forum to shed light on his shallow denunciation about "justice for sale" in the CA. He knew he will have no parliamentary immunity to protect him when he  submits himself to the IBP forum because Trillanes knows he is merely on a fishing expedition without hard evidence to support his charges against the CA. In other words, he is only brave to utter charges against the "justice for sale" in the CA when he is inside the halls of congress because he has his parliamentary immunity to protect him from any charges filed against him in courts. This is the height of irresponsibility of a senator who shamelessly violates the law and the constitution just so he can go on with the assignment given to him to spearhead the "Operation Nognog 2016" when he received the P245M given to him in 2011 up to 2012 by Budget Secretary Florencio "Butch" Abad. What a waste of money when he could have used to finance far greater projects out of that big fund made available to him by crafting legislation to benefit and solve the number one problem facing the country due to high unemployment rate that force our kababayans to go overseas to find for  decent jobs.
