Kaban ni D_BystandeR: DILI PATAS ANG PAGTUTOK NI DE LIMA SA MGA KASO???

I cannot give a hundred percent approval of Mang Doro's (Amando Doronila's) opinion for there were countless times in the past that his comment displayed  bias to the "other party" which was probably believed was able to give him some "comforts" in life. His claim that the DOJ's focus to investigate the INC is aboveboard and falls within the jurisdictional discretion of Sec. De Lima to decide is questionable  as De Lima seemed to give more importance to the INC case over the Mamasapano massacre investigation where the lives of our 44 SAF commandos were senselessly lost and wasted and which has consequently given a major "black eye" to Aquino and Mar Roxas for their inability to help prevent that carnage from happening. It is just the same as when De Lima disregarded her earlier promise to focus with dispatch her attention to the filing of cases against the "3rd batch" personalities involved in  PDAF and DAP scam and unexpectedly decided to put it in the back burner claiming
she (De Lima) has more pressing matters on her table to attend to rather than to file charges against them. But some of the independent observers following the case cannot be easily fooled and swayed by De Lima because they think it was Aquino's  instruction given to her to shelve the case as Aquino wants to protect his close political allies from being charged with the case. And De Lima's questionable preference earlier shown to investigate the INC only proved to show the motive of the Aquino administration is to first gain leverage in whatever "settlement" before it will consider itself "hands off" on the case. And this will explain that even De Lima now is "tight-lipped" to disclose even a hint of the final settlement except to say that the settlement was beneficial to both the INC and the Aquino administration.
