Kaban ni D_BystandeR; SULOD SA PANIMALAY MANUROK ANG PAGTINABANGAY

Charity begins at home. This is an old saying which nobody can deny that it was acceptable many years ago as it is now because the meaning itself is self-explanatory. And besides, these people can be easily asked to do a certain assignment without much ado and it is with trust and confidence that Mayor JVR takes their case at face value for giving preference to some of his relatives to work in the city hall. But this would not have reached at this critical point if only the Talisay City Council heeded the request  of JVR to hire many job orders to answer to the demand of a growing city like Talisay. But because of dirty politics, the city council blocked the hiring request of JVR for  enough job order workers and now they are complaining against JVR's relatives and children employed in Talisay City Hall. And they are just the only ones to blame and  not JVR.
