I agree to the explanation of Sen. Chiz Escudero that there is no perfect administration and that "change" is more practical than "continuity" because by continuity it means you are still to follow it even it stinks to high heavens because there are activities and policies embraced by BS Aquino not in conformity with the "Matuwid na daan." It only shows Lacierda is the one confused because he does not know and understand what he is telling about because he is only blindly following whatever Aquino tells him to say and do.
