Even with the endorsement of BS Aquino for Mar Roxas to become the LP standard bearer in the 2016 presidential race, the Aquino endorsement will just be like a "kiss of death" for the Roxas candidacy. And roxas appeared at a loss when asked about sensitive issues like how the government go about in the distribution of typhoon assistance to Yolanda victims where local and foreign financial contributions for the typhoon victims were siphoned by DSWD and deposited to its account which amounted to tens, if not, hundreds of millions of pesos which if only properly and promptly distributed could have greatly made a difference in there lives who were wallowing in extreme sufferings because of the government's inability and indifference to help the poor to solvetheir problems.
