Kaban ni D_BystandeR: DUGANG GALASTOHAN SA SUGBO MOSANGPOT BA SA ASUNTO???

If we only listen to the side of Mayor Mike Rama regarding how he criticized the City Council for not acting with dispatch on his P3.32B supplemental budget this year, it will not bring us to a fair and factual assessment of the controversy. Councilor Margot O, Chairperson of the Council's Committee on Budget and Finance cited some documents that were not yet submitted by the executive department. And there are still other problems that need to be looked into. It is not in the best interest of the city that Mayor Mike puts undue pressure to the city council because that will only cause to hamper a fruitful and  more realistic approach to make it a wholesome kind of endeavor aimed for the general welfare of everyone concerned. It will be like slamming into the throat of the city council if he threatens the council for swift approval even though there are still things to be ironed out.
