This is another blatant proof of Aquino's "palpak at manhid" administration to give the necessary assistance to alleviate the sufferings of the people that instead of acting swiftly and promptly to distribute the 500 boats donated by DMCI, it was allowed instead to deteriorate in the storage place of DENR in Leyte in barangay Candahug, Palo town. The boat's unit price was placed at P18,000 each. The DILG under Mar Roxas is showing incomparable negligence, incompetence and ineptness to perform its job and it only goes to show how the people will suffer if, God forbid, Mar Roxas will win in the 2016 presidential elections to become Aquino's successor in Malacanang. Just imagine, the list  was submitted by BFAR to DILG in April yet and by July the boats were already ready for distribution and yet up to now the boats remained untouched and not  distributed and probably allowed to rot due to some political reasons.
