Kaban ni D_BystandeR: HUNONGON NA ANG PAGSUTA SA MGA NAKALAS NI YOLANDA???

It will be the height of irresponsibility for NDRRMC Head Eduardo del Rosario to arbitrarily stop the counting of the dead as more bodies are still found in the aftermath of typhoon Yolanda. Saying life has now returned to normal in Tacloban City and other areas devastated is a statement of gross inaccuracy as the life of the poor is still in a big mess as the  fishermen, fish vendors and the informal settlers still have no houses of their own as the government issued a prohibition for people not to build houses within a 40-meter distance from the seashore. The agony of the poor is not properly addressed in the rehabilitation plan contrary to the relentless campaign of Pope Francis where he urged national leaders around the world to take care of the poor.
