Kaban ni D_BystandeR: SULUSYON SA AKSIDENTE'S KARSADA, PAHINAYAY

Alarmed by the rising incidents of road accidents, the latest of which claimed the lives of 18 people in Manila skyway, Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte ordered a 30-KPH speed limit on all vehicles plying Davao City to avoid road mishap. Most of the road accidents are triggered by speedsters who seemed to disregard the value of human lives as they carelessly stepped on the gas to  navigate the roads. The speed limit imposed by Duterte in Davao might have been dictated by his compelling reason to find a solution to stop the rising incidents of deaths on the road.

Our local Cebu lawmakers might be able use his idea to fight/prevent those "needless deaths" on the road or they could modify the speed limit a little higher depending on the outcome of a resourceful discussion about the pros and cons of the said subject matter.
