Veteran actress Maria Elise "Boots" Anson-Roa got engaged with lawyer Francisco "King" Rodrigo, Jr., son of the late Senator Francisco "Soc" Rodrigo. They are to be married on June 14, 2014. Anson-Roa was married to the late Pete Roa, who died on August 9, 2007.

What? Come on Boots, I think you're at least in your late 60s. Can you still make it in bed? Not that we're against your getting married again. But much younger widows like Sha Sha Padilla manages to stay the way they are and still satisfied.

I think you got it wrong. Some of those who are already considered elderly do not go into the sacrament of matrimony again to boast about their gymnastic prowess in bed but they will reason out they will be going there just for companionship. Perhaps it is not too much for us to allow the "oldies" to enjoy their remaining years in our  planet to just be happy "talking to their life's companion" without necessarily engaging themselves in exhaustive "bed exercise." Kahit pahipo-hipo na lang ay sapat na yan para sa kanila. Please be considerate.

You are such a shallow person!!! Love and marriage among older people are not all about sex. It's more about companionship, being together, sharing eachothers past and future. Besides, why do you think that women in their 60s don't have sex anymore? You are one male chauvinist pig. Yes, I'm an older adult woman if you are wondering!

And there are still elderly women at age 75 whose appetite in sex is still unbelievably strong but only if paired against younger partners.

I should not have expressed my opinion without knowing the guy's age. If his age is not far from Boots, then fine. But if the guy's age is much younger for Boots to consider like her son, then I suspect a different motive not much from Boots but the guy.

Talking about Sha Shing (Oh my... early Sunday tsismis), I think she wanted very badly to distance herself from Manong Dolphy pero sobrang nahiya lang. She just suffered her desires in silence until Manong Dolphy could hardly talk because  of over-used tongue. Sorry gentlemen, can't help it.

Good point. But you know what? Dolphy could still do it until he got very sick. That's why he was still able to make a baby with Sha despite his age. Some guys are just very lucky like Dolphy to be born like that. One thing why women loved him was the report that his "thing" was as big as a bulb. Of course his tongue was sharp too, his jokes showed it.
