Kaban ni D_BystandeR: SULAGMA LANG BA ANG TANAN???

It seems coincidental that QC police is now having the same problem as the MPD under "Dirty Harry" Mayor Lim of Manila that suspects involved in some heinous crimes appear more "daring and defiant" as to court their early rendezvous with the "Creator." 

This happened when the police caught the suspect Friday night at 11:40pm after he killed a 12-year old girl who was asked by his father to buy some food in nearby eatery in Cattleya Street, Barangay Toro, Project 8, Quezon City. The suspect, Ruel Jabal, 21, was killed inside a police car on Mindanao Avenue while he was being brought to a hospital for a mandatory checkup.  If this kind of phenomenon appears every time a heinous crime is committed, well and good! It appears as a fitting coincidence that criminals involved in this grisly crime meet their untimely deaths in the hands of our "alert and surprisingly sharpshooter" police who usually hit their mark "right between the eyes or in the temple" of the suspect. 

At any rate, we can call it a better deal where they die in "split second" without experiencing so much pain as compared to the excruciating pain their victims suffered when they "kill or murder" them.
