It is clear from the testimony of Ex-Congressman Tony Cuenco that somebody made money out of his pork barrel fund or PDAF. And one of them is former Guadalupe barangay captain Jingjing Faelnar, who was at the same time the ABC President who has got a lot of explaining to do. If he knew beforehand that a goat alone would cost P57,000 or something, how come he still went on with the construction of a goat house costing P664.6 thousand?

And Cuenco said it took Jingjing, through Win Construction, to finish that project for 1-1/2 years? And P6.2M used to  buy seedlings were overpriced as the P15/seedling was later on found out to cost only from P3 to P5 each - and this purchase was also done by Jingjing? And Cuenco mentioned 10 barangays to have asked him for luxury cars (Toyota Altis sedans) and the P7.6M which Jingjing returned to DA (Dept. of Agriculture) was, as per Cuenco's claim, not returned to Manila but instead used to purchase "luxury cars" for barangay captains. But out of 10 barangays mentioned by Cuenco (he forgot to mention the name of two barangays to make it 10) and he only mentioned 8 barangays but out of 8 barangays mentioned two of them – Tisa and Labangon - denied having received cars from him. I can just imagine lots of people are going to jail when the Ombudsman investigation into the case involving PDAF of Cenco is finally completed.
