ANG PAGPASAGAD, MOSANGKO SA KANGIL-AD???

Now it can be told, the current investigation into the Boston bombing has opened a can of worms.

The FBI appears to face more questions than answers either as reports uncovered that as early as 6 months ago the Russian government already briefed it on the suspects' profile and their possible links to  militant groups in  Chechnya. There are ramifications that come into play as investigation progresses purposely to help the government unravel the motive behind the dastardly attack in Boston.

What brings to mind at this point is whether the suspect in custody be investigated and apprised of his rights under the warranties enshrined in the fundamental law of the land, that is reading to him the Miranda rights.

STATEMENT OF THE AMERICAN CIVIL LIBERTIES UNION. "Additionally, every criminal defendant has a right to be brought before a judge and to have access to counsel. We must not waver from our tried-and-true justice system, even in the most difficult of times. Denial of rights is un-American and will only make it harder to obtain fair convictions."

This administration has not been transparent to many instances of criminal irregularities where it had been involved. A glaring example was the Benghazi incident that caused the death of an American diplomat and other officials. Then there was the so-called "Fast and Furious" project where ATF authorities and other top officials conspired to secretly sell high-powered guns to criminal syndicates in Mexico.
