Kaban ni D_BystandeR: DILI KATUHOAN'G PALUSOT???

This case usually happens to overprotective parents but the girl's parent (father) went out of control of the situation and now seemed to be inventing a scenario that hardly nobody will buy. 

That guy just wasted his 27 years in the service as a good police officer that made him attained that rank of a Chief Inspector and whatever good records he had earlier carved for himself just suddenly turned out to be an irredeemable catastrophe for himself and his family. He should now accept it that before that incident he should have exercised prudence and presence of mind. 

(Note: this is about a case of a police officer who shot and killed a teenager boyfriend, 17, of his daughter, 16, in a place near a school in Bogo City and about 150 meters away from the house of the police officer. He claimed self-defense for the death of the victim who succumbed  with seven gunshot wounds, one in the head and in his chest. The victim's parents claimed their disbelief how their son could obtain a gun (cal. 45, with 2 spent shells found  in the crime scene) when they can even hardly buy rice because they are poor. Police Supt. Anthony Bagarinao, Bogo City Chief of Police, found it hard to believe because what was taught in their police training is only to disable the youth if it was true he (Chief Inspector Ceferino Tabay, 51) was able to make  the first shot with his 9mm gun.)
