Kaban ni D_BystandeR: KASIKAS MAHITUNGOD SA "HEALTH CARDS"

I admit life living in this island of Kinatarcan is very hard to imagine. I learned that going to that place is not easy as waves were sometimes very rough and  I was told one of our co-employees who was assigned to a power plant owned by NAPOCOR there in Kinatarcan in mid 1990's died of drowning as his boat capsized on his way to that place. I can attest to that because I was assigned to another power plant in the island of Doong under Bantayan town for one year in 1995. 

The number one problem there is the source of drinking water because most of the island folks rely on rain water to survive. There are only two possibilities: First, that the health card funding was really exhausted at the time of  her mother's death; and, Second, that health cards were again honored in concerned hospitals when funding from Benhur Salimbangon's PDAF was resumed and entrusted/given to the LGU's concerned in his congressional district. To imply and blame that Gov. Magpale withheld funds for health cards issued by Benhur is unfair unless an independent investigation is made. Any information obtained verbally from the daughter of the deceased could not be accepted as gospel truth unless it is supported by factual data. 

It is common practice that during election period some people would take advantage of the situation to blame the other side even without factual basis just to promote their selfish political ends.

Nahimo siyang mamumuo sa usa ka pribadong kompaniya sa dakbayan sa Sugbo, ESCANO LINES, sulod sa napulo ug duha (12) ka tuig  dayon niyang tapon  ngadto sa NAPOCOR  ug nahimong kawani sa kagamhanan  sulod sa bayente dos (22) ka tuig.
