Kaban ni D_BystandeR: LANGAY ANG PAG-UTINGKAY SA TINUOD MAHITUNGOD SA BATA NGA GITAPTAPAN ANG SIMOD???

The "snail-paced" response of CPCMH (Cebu Puericulture Center and Maternity House) to provide concerned agencies with a prompt result of their investigation into the case of a 5-day-old infant, whose mouth was unduly plastered with a "scotch-tape" by a misguided nurse is frustrating if not insulting, to say the least. Do they want to dilly-dally it to buy time, believing it will be to their advantage if they choose to delay the outcome of their investigation in the hope that it will ultimately succeed to make its importance negligible or stale with the passage of time? It is important that this case be given their top priority as this involves the safety and special concern we are supposed to give to a newly-born infant, who was subjected to what we call an inhuman way of treating a little baby and who in his most delicate stage of life was subjected to the most unthinkable treatment we can imagine!
