Kaban ni D_BystandeR: NAGKABAKSIWA ANG TINAN-AWAN NI MAYOR JVR UG COA???

It's good Mayor JVR made a reply to the sweeping remark of COA claiming that the Job Order employees do not have any value at all as it is only overlapping the work of regular employees. I earlier cited this COA intervention into the wisdom of Mayor JVR that already served as having the looks of assuming a political color to their duties as a watch dog of taxpayrs' money. Instead of giving praise to Mayor JVR's initiatives to put those JO's to help in facilitating a particular transaction with expected smoothness that redounds to taxpayers' satisfaction, COA is now dismissive of its importance, behaving as if they get the monopoly of wisdom on how to serve the people the best way possible.

COA people, in my own humble opinion, already went beyond the limit of their sworn duties to the extent that they are now acting as surrogates of the opposite political camp to the detriment of the very nature of the kind of work they are supposed to do.
