Now it's known to everybody! While the CPCMH earlier denied they were the ones behind the taping of the baby's mouth of the son of Ryan Noval, which started all this brouhaha, another new discovery of the same inappropriate act of taping a newborn baby's mouth took place last Feb. 22/14 as reported by a concerned mother, Chesiel Lyka Arsua, who claimed she discovered her 2-day-old baby girl taped in her mouth by the same nurse who denied earlier she did it to the first baby involved in the controversy. And the said nurse had the gall to acknowledge she did it intentionally so as not to disturb the other babies because she kept on crying. Dili kaha tungod kay ang nurse gitapulan lang nga mosubay ug basa ba sa ihi ang lampin sa bata maong nihilak? That nurse has no business staying in CPCMH any longer!
