Kaban ni D_BystandeR: MAHIMO BANG IHIKAW SA KATAWHAN SA SUGBO ANG HUSAY SA KAMATAYON NI ATTY. ARCHIVAL???

The legal counsel for the accused HPG personnel, lawyer Inocencio dela Cerna seemed to be moving heaven and earth to make his clients "off the hook" and get a breathingspace asking that the venue for the trial be transferred from Cebu to Manila citing the reason that Archival's brother who is a member of the City Council can use influence to sway over the outcome of the case of his slain brother.

I don't know if Dela Cerna is telling the truth. For it appears very clear to the concerned people in Cebu, particularly the people who  focused their interest to this case, that Dela Cerna is out to muddle and insult the intelligence of the Cebuanos by proposing something which would clearly make the efforts of Archival's important and critical witnesses be subjected to undue hardships to attend the hearing in a place far away in Manila if his request is granted. If he were the one who was killed and the lawyer of the suspected criminals will also propose just like what he is doing now, I'm sure his close relatives will protest and cry foul! Dela Cerna should be guided with what is fair and just rather than putting himself in an embarrassing situation thereby risking to earn the wrath of people grieving for the terrible death of Archival who want nothing but justice for Archival's death and 2 of his close aides.
