Kaban ni D_BystandeR: SI MAYOR JVR ANG GIDAKDAKAN SA NAUT-UT NGA PANUDLANAN SA DAKBAYAN

I have never heard of this sweeping and unkind remarks coming from COA during the time of Mayor Fernandez, whom we knew was mostly under the powerful political review from the Office of Eddiegul. Could it be that the present COA leadership in Talisay City is now emboldened to assume partisan political color to put in bad light the current administration of Mayor JVR? When the city under former Mayor Fernandez was incurring heavy indebtedness to its creditors and other stakeholders, COA kept her mouth shut and only recently show its unusual threatening action to warn Mayor JVR to  shape up the city's financial management despite the fact that most of the financial liabilities were incurred during the past administration. Did the COA  suddenly assume mental jolt and restiveness because it now notices that Mayor JVR's administration is no longer under their favorite benefactor under Eddiegul?

Footnote: This comment came out in connection with a Sunstar headline, "Job Orders sa Talisay misapaw na ug trabaho sa regular employees?" It uncharacteristically took to task the minutest detail of the Job Orders' work under Mayor JVR that it is regarded as a waste of money and is viewed in the context of overlapping the work of the regular employees without citing some good points of JO's work in connection with the wisdom of the people behind their appointment, as if to cast a sweeping disapprovalof  the "frame of mind" of the appointing power of Mayor JVR.
