Just a small section of the 72-page-HRW (Human Rights Watch) Report, it's horrific and very compelling. The shame of the  Philippines is that no one has been arrested out of more than 300 TDS executions.

Chiong Uy was the best city mayor and administrator this country ever had. He is a visionary. We hope he becomes mayor again. Pinoys should come and look at what he has done for the city. Just amazing.
