Kaban ni D_BystandeR: MISAMOT KANGITNGIT ANG PAMUYO SA MGA BAKWIT???

This lackadaisical move of Mayor Mike Rama and Richard Gordon of the PNRC (Philippine National Red Cross) to cause for the hasty transfer of the helpless typhoon victims

to the Tent City is now showing how carelessly it was planned without taking into account any consideration in the event of flooding in the area when exposed to heavy rains. The city engineering department could have been made to undertake to apply their technical "know-how" to prevent flooding of the Tent City.

There is no other place for them to turn to and to allow them to suffer these present adversities caused by  nature could clearly expose them to sickness and is ultimately the highest form of "criminal negligence" the city government can do to them. If Mayor Mike has still his conscience intact and as a man believed to be with a human heart (not made of stone), he should demonstrate what he can do to save them (typhoon victims) from their present dire situation.
