The $5M reward money for the head of the slain terrorist Marwan should go to the families of the SAF cops because they lost their lives in that haphazard operation which originally was hatched between P-Noy and Purisima, the PNP General suspended for 6 months by the Ombudsman. The secrecy of that operation was such that the normal chain of command in the military hierarchy, Gen. Leonardo Espina and DILG Sec. Mar Roxas, were kept in the dark, meaning, they knew nothing about the whole operation in the beginning. It is very clear that the precious lives of our SAF cops were put in harm's way as it would turn out there was no exit plan to safeguard the SAF from ambuscades after they have accomplished their mission. P-Noy's hands and that of Purisima are dripping with blood of our soldiers massacred in Mamasapano and if only to assuage the pain and awful disgust of the bereaved families, and in order to provide a promising and brighter future of those families left behind, it is most fitting and proper that the $5M bounty be given and distributed to the families of the dead soldiers.
