Kaban ni D_BystandeR: SUPER BOB HAPIT NA MASAKUTE???

Nakita na ang katag nimo ron, Super Bob. ("The 'scattered' is now shown," that's how Bobby used to quote Pacman in his column). The two fiscals, Maria Theresa Casino and Gandhi Truya, are showing both of them are made of the "finer stuff" and no amount of "request" for them to inhibit themselves from handling Nalzaro's libel case filed by Tommy O against him can ever sway them or change their stand. I admire these two fiscals because they do not resemble the five fiscals who inhibited themselves from handling the case of the slain Atty. Noel Archival against the HPG-7 suspects. Those five fiscals, unknown to them when they cowardly inhibited themselves from handling that case, were silently ridiculed and condemned by the public for running away from their duty and responsibility to see to it that justice is upheld and defended at all cost. These two fiscals, Prosecutors Theresa Casino and Gandhi Truya, to repeat, are the kind of people whom the public can rely and trust and no amount of "legal strategy" adopted by Nalzaro to win and be acquitted of his libel case by "default" because there is no fiscals found to handle if his wish or aberration was followed. These are the fiscals that we need who can be truly counted and considered as belonging to a rare brand of "red-bloodied" individuals who have high sense of righteousness and the real competence to become the "guardians" of the people's interest to preserve justice and fairness.
