Kaban ni D_BystandeR: BANKAROTA SI MIKE UG PAMAAGI SA PANALAPI???

Rama is embarking on an ambitious plan about solving the drainage problem of the city right from the start of his first term where he was already seen salivating at the prospect of selling a huge chunk of SRP lots to satisfy his flair for grandiose projects like buying brand new motor vehicles for mountain barangay officials costing P100M from public funds to subtly captivate their votes and loyalty. And his first announcement on the eve of his assumption to his 2nd term is to put the BOPK councilors at the receiving end of the people's ire should they put the brakes to his plan. Mike Rama has no other plan for the city's development except to keep on harping of putting the good plan for price speculation purposes to naught. Flood is everywhere from Manila down to the smallest barangay of the country.

Is Rama showing he is bankrupt of any idea of solving this problem without selling SRP lots? What about those cities where there is no SRP lots to sell? He was already aware of the plan to hold it for sometime even before he became a city mayor for reasons to boost its price for the good of the city in financial terms.

Nahimo siyang mamumuo sa usa ka pribadong kompaniya sa dakbayan sa Sugbo, ESCAÑO LINES, sulod sa napulo ug duha (12) ka tuig  dayon niyang tapon  ngadto sa NAPOCOR  ug nahimong kawani sa kagamhanan  sulod sa bayente dos (22) ka tuig.
