His presence in the hospital is a threat to beautiful nurses and to some lady patients gifted with attractive face because he cannot control his being a sex-maniac! He needs immediate incarceration if found convicted of the offense to prevent him from committing incident of the same or of more serious criminal offense bordering on his uncontrolled sex-urge!

Footnote: This happened on June 22, 2012 when a man known as Dr. Felix Vicuna Jr., inside the hospital dining room suddenly grasped the chest of a lady nurse (hidden in the name of Donna to protect her privacy) and then methodically squeezed it. He then asked if the nurse was still single or married. Learning from the lady's reply that she was already married, (the lady purposely lied to discourage him from abusing her person) but he showed his shameless callousness by telling the lady to ask permission from her husband to go to a beach party so they can go together. When she was about to leave the dining room he pulled her closer to him and held her in a tight embrace. When  she finally broke free from his hug, she went back to their nurses' station and reported the incident to higher authorities of the hospital where she was told the doctor will be put on leave for one month pending investigation.

As a result, she was traumatized with the embarrassing incident and spent sleepless nights and feeling sick thinking about the disrespectful acts of the doctor to her. With passing days, it finally became unbearable to her that she finally decided to resign on Nov. 9 of the same year. Assistant City Prosecutor Rhodna Alcala-Bacatan who is handling the case found enough evidence to indict Dr. Felix Vicuna Jr. with violation of Republic Act 7877 or the Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995. If convicted, the doctor is liable to a penalty of six months to one year imprisonment.
