Kaban ni D_BystandeR: TALAHURON ANG PAGPAUBOS NI CJ SERENO

I have read the news about CJ Sereno's Christmas message to her colleagues and I admired the way she showed her restraint and her willingness to make a self-sacrifice to the extent that she said she was ready to become a servant-leader just to achieve unity among her peers. But the number one problem is, and this is the reading of independent observers, that there are justices who consider their stature of higher mold and caliber that they cannot just simply accept their fate to be bypassed by CJ Sereno and what they are doing now is to do something to make any semblance of success in their turf a failure.

If it were only possible for Pres. Noynoy to "fire out" all the GMA appointees to clear the way for smooth operation and systematic  transformation of the Supreme Court to make it compatible with popular need of the time, it would have been extremely fine. Without it, we can only pray to hope and expect enlightenment from Divine Providence that these "obstructionists" will be guided soon and that the overwhelming cry to obtain "real justice" will provide them that irresistible spirit of unity.
