Kaban ni D_BystandeR: MGA BATA NANGAAMONG???

There's no problem if husband and wife kill each other. The problem lies with the children left behind in the aftermath. Without their father who is the breadwinner in the family the children's future is in a limbo. Seven out of nine children are still minors and the youngest is one year old. The wife has been "pressed against the wall" for a long time and the husband has been taking it for granted despite the "red flags on the wall" as it could be easily seen when your wife is not happy and depressed because the husband was most of the  time not honest to his wife. And yet we could still consider this situation better compared to what I read in the papers here in the U.S. a few years back where the whole family of seven and in another case a family of five died in separate occasions. The father in each case is despondent and desperate when he lost his job and decided to end it all by killing his family in a bizarre fashion with a gun and then committed suicide thereafter. Yes, life is full of unanswered questions but only the Lord knows the answer to everything. When a family finds itself in a difficult and lonely trail there is no other way out except to pray for heavenly guidance and solution for sometimes it pays if only you ask for His help.

Footnote: Samuel Sollano, 47, met his untimely death on a Father's Day through his own gun not from someone he didn't know but from his own wife Editha, 41, who was married to him for 27 years, bearing their nine children with the 10th child still unborn as his wife was said to be one month pregnant. (The eldest, a girl, 20, and the youngest, 1 year old.) This happened inside their house at 8pm last June 16 in sitio Cambiohan, Barangay Marigondon, Lapu-Lapu City. It was ruled out a crime of passion and no charges were filed against the suspect as their children, as well as the victim's siblings refused to file charges. The wife suspected her husband of having an affair with another woman. "Ang ako lang nitug-an lang unta to siya sa tinuod. (All I wanted was for him to tell me the truth)," the  wife said. Before the incident, and while waiting for her husband to come home that night, his wife was said to have helped herself with a bottle of brandy which the husband previously left on their table.

Nahimo siyang mamumuo sa usa ka pribadong kompaniya sa dakbayan sa Sugbo, ESCAÑO LINES, sulod sa napulo ug duha (12) ka tuig  dayon niyang tapon  ngadto sa NAPOCOR  ug nahimong kawani sa kagamhanan  sulod sa bayente dos (22) ka tuig.
