I don't know if it is right for us to blame City Assistant Prosecutor Llena Ipong-Avila, Chief of DOJ Witness  Protection Security and Benefit Program in Central Visayas, whose assigned subordinate-guard wantonly raped a helpless rape-victim who sought WPP protection in their office but instead suffered the most humiliating, unthinkable and harrowing experience at the hands of her supposed guard-protector who reportedly mercilessly raped the rape-victim for 36 times under threat of doing bodily harm to the victim if she "squealed." And this  useless City Prosecutor Llena Ipong-Avila, instead of giving her much needed help upon learning of the victim's inhuman ordeal inflicted by the Prosecutor's subordinate had the gall to send the rape-victim to a hospital for a psychiatric examination to determine if the lady was telling the truth or if she is insane.

 

The Prosecutor is not fit for the sensitive position she holds and should be replaced right away for she is not capable of fulfilling the job and the responsibility to discharge her duties as expected of her position. She even tried to hush up the crime committed by her subordinate to protect the guard's family as reported in other news sources.
