After the criminals pampered the cops by sharing them a huge part of their loot, the next thing we can expect is that the cop will "silence" them forever so there is no more paper trail to worry about by the corrupt cop.

Good job for the police! For dead men tell no tales! But Alan Purisima, the PNP Chief, wants to conduct what he calls a "scientific" method of  investigation to determine if the allegations are true. But who will stand to witness the cops shenanigans in the absence of the dead recaptured prisoners? They are already "six feet below" and without their testimony everything will be dismissed as "hearsay." Maybe by making a "rub out" Purisima wants the police involved declared as "heroes." But the coined word "hero" is not the appropriate term. It is only used to attach a "derogatory" meaning of sarcasm to highlight his disdain in the current investigation where the "integrity?" of the police is at stake. Purisima wants to protect his fellow police officers no matter what kind of questionable transactions they are engaged or involved.
