"BOPK councilors will continue to make it difficult for Rama to govern in the guise of constructive opposition."  Take careful note that these councilors were also chosen by the very same electors of the City of Cebu that chose Rama as Mayor. Is the Editor implying that the same set of electors who elected Rama made a wrong choice in selecting members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City?  Mind you, under our democratic-republican system,

these electors are the Sovereign. Hence, let us all extend to electorate of the City the respect and courtesy due the decision it handed down recently.

I share the wisdom of your personal views in dissecting the heavily loaded assertion of Sunstar Editor Cheking Seares who consider the election of BOPK councilors as a curse to the crying need of Cebu City for meaningful progress. One glance at it, one can easily detect the glaring bias of Cheking against the BOPK group which to him resembles nothing but purely interference and obstructionism to all "the good things" that Rama can think of. Cheking's views as expounded in his editorial is nothing but an empty rambling of a highly partisan person who is out to destroy the good intentions of BOPK councilors whose primary purpose and concern is to provide a strong deterrent against a city chief executive who views his term as nothing more than promoting himself in whatever means possible even to the extent of emptying the city coffers just to entrench himself in power even far beyond 2016 which is supposed to be the end of his term.

Nahimo siyang mamumuo sa usa ka pribadong kompaniya sa dakbayan sa Sugbo, ESCAÑO LINES, sulod sa napulo ug duha (12) ka tuig  dayon niyang tapon  ngadto sa NAPOCOR  ug nahimong kawani sa kagamhanan  sulod sa bayente dos (22) ka tuig.
