Sa halip na mabigyan ng lunas ang kahirapan ng ating mga kabayan sa pamamagitan ng mga positibong hakbang na ika-uunlad ng ating ekonomiya, ang malaking bahagi ng kanilang "pork barrel" ay pumunta sa kanilang bulsa. Yes, the issue with Napoles is she takes the cake when it comes to scams and corruption and Luy's alleged theft pales in comparison to what Napoles did. But what do people expect the judge to do? Judges are supposed to be objective and cut on all cases. We can't expect him to disregard his job for something like this. There is a process to follow and the quest for justice is a battle. Yes, it's unfortunate that Napoles is trying to turn the tables on Luy, but this is still not the judge's fault.

We have reached the same conclusion that it's not the judge's fault. But a reading on how fast the judge has acted on the case filed by Napoles has taken us all aback.

While some cases gathered dust on the bins this one filed by a "super-rich" individual has even surprised DOJ Secretary Leila De Lima to comment that the said judge has acted with "undue haste" despite knowing that the case has been hitting the headlines lately.
