Attorney Orvi Ortega is doing exactly the footwork and agility of a boxer who is

His legal opinion recommending the
non-payment of the bills demanded by the contractor who supplied the filling
materials on the controversial Balili property comes at the time when people
clamor for restoration of public
trust and accountability.
This development will undoubtedly
reflect the kind of political will we
have under the mantle of leadership of Gov. Jun Davide. Enough is enough, the
time to redeem the heavily tainted image of the Province of Cebu, ridding it
of unwarranted debts has come.
