What will finally be considered a big surprise is, if WTG will not make it to become the "successful bidder" of the hospital project. The people know how to interpret the "tantrums" Mayor Mike Rama exhibits after knowing his favorite contractor did not make it due to "some discrepancies" and he insisted it should not have been announced earlier to the media, meaning, he wanted it to be kept in secrecy until it reaches his hand, and it is up to him to announce what he wants it to come out. His body language, more than enough, explains why his temper boils so fast. WTG is a known financial supporter in Rama's political struggle to give him more leverage in his obsession to stick to his mayoral post in the city. That is payback time for Rama to help WTG come out winner in the bidding as what we call "Lutong Makoy." But what he needs to do is to see to it that it will all appear as being done "aboveboard," so he can easily get out of any "legal problem."
