Kaban ni D_BystandeR: NAGMIKA ANG KAPITOLYO SA PAGPATUMAN SA PROGRAMA SA KABALAYAN???

VP Jojo Binay is concerned about the snail-pace progress shown with the Capitol's interest in solving the '93-1' problem. It can be recalled that the same statement was made by the  former Gov. Gwen when she assured the Cebuanos she will solve the same problem before her term ended. And where is Gwen now and what happens to her pledge? And Gov. Junjun Davide, following the footstep of Gwen in solving the problem, probably wants to be remembered as having made the same "empty promises" that he is going to solve the problem before his term ends. And regarding the opinion that he favored VP Binay should have attended the  Senate investigation in Manila instead of coming to Cebu, it is no different from the partisan opinions offered by those who favored Mar Roxas, the "longtime favorite" of P-Noy to run as  his official candidate to replace him in 2016.

Davide will not understand the validity of Binay's decision to stay away from the Senate inquiry because he(Davide) is following the LP strategy that Binay should be discredited at "all costs" in order to lay the groundwork for Mar to make a smooth sailing in 2016, after Binay shall have been fully "destroyed" and no longer a "threat" to Mar's ambition. And the  best way to accomplish that mission is to lure Binay to attend the Senate forum so they, Cayetano and Trillanes, like the "hungry lions" waiting for Binay inside the den to tear him into pieces and to humiliate him with disrespect because they have all the parliamentary power in their hands to do anything they want and nobody can stop them. But VP Binay is no fool to fall into a trap set up for him!
