Kaban ni D_BystandeR: KINSA SI TONY TIU???

I can understand and feel the delicate situation businessman Tony Tiu is "in." His name has been needlessly dragged into this controversy where all his life he was doing a legitimate business like some of those who want to improve their lot. The only problem was that his name is dragged into the  controversy where VP Binay's name is treated like he is the most evil man to exist here in this planet. And all of these started just because his name happens to consistently lead in the poll survey to become the next Malacanang caretaker come 2016. But is it his fault if it happens  that his name rings a bell in different poll surveys? His past records being a well-known street parliamentarian during the darkest hour of our Philippine history when martial law was declared  by Marcos made him popular especially that he was there side by side with our illustrious  national leaders like Senators Jose W. Diokno, Jovito Salonga, Lorenzo Tanada, Rene Saguisag,and many others whose love of country is beyond question. And his loyalty shown to Pres. Cory during the time when her presidency was still in the early stages trying to shake off the unpopular vestige of dictatorship made him popular before the eyes of his countrymen. But could you blame him because his past deeds showed him the company of the masses in the fight to regain our  lost freedom from dictatorship that made him popular? He worked hard for it and now is the time to reap the fruits of what he had sown before during his younger days. And the present lawmakers,  envious of his closeness to the people, want to strip him of that warm reception of the people by painting him all kinds of misdeeds their evil mind could invent. And who could go against them? They are heavily ensconced into their powerful positions that they can do whatever they want.  And this drove businessman Tony Tiu to ask that he be given a respite from the rigid kind of persecution our "bright" lawmakers are trying to do to him. He is appealing from the inner consciousness of these lawmakers to spare him and his family the trouble being created because he now finds it unbearable. And this only started to come to him just because his business happens to have a connection with VP Binay whom the full force of their evil campaign has been aimed in  order to stop him from his dream to serve the country and people in 2016.
