Kaban ni D_BystandeR: ANAA NA SA KAMOT NI GOV. JUN ANG BOLA KON PAHAMTANGAN BA OG SILOT SI MAYOR NELSON GARCIA???

"The ball is now in the hands of the Governor," thus declared  PB Arleigh Sitoy, in connection with the PB resolution recommending 60-day-suspension to Dumanjug Mayor Nelson Garcia. What appears to be a simple case where what the Cebu Governor has to do is to simply sign the suspension order and that's it. But it looks like it's taking him so much trouble as he now wants the PB to act first on the MR (Motion for Reconsideration) filed by Mayor Garcia. I cannot imagine that being a lawyer himself it will take him so much time to consider whether he will sign or not? 

Sometimes, he has to use his guts to articulate his decision-making power otherwise the people will find him remiss in complying with his primary obligation to see to it that our laws are followed and respected. He cannot afford to dillydally the supreme call of the hour, he cannot delegate his power to sign an important document, much less a suspension order which has already been lengthily deliberated upon by the PB.
