Kaban ni D_BystandeR: KAHIBUDNGANAN ANG PAGBALHIN SA MGA MIYEMBRO SA HPG NGA SINUMBONG

I  am surprised why the order came out to transfer the 4 accused HPG officers to the national headquarters in Camp Crame when they are the subject of a case filed against them by the NBI here in Cebu courts.

I find this intriguing because it appears that these 4 accused will have a hard time attending to their court trial dates in Cebu because they are now to be transferred far away in Manila. Can we consider this move a clever strategy trying to make it hard for our courts in Cebu to try them of their involvement of a murder case for the death of Archival, et al? If this is not intended to sabotage the ongoing trial of a case against them, why not just let them stay here in their Cebu station so they can readily attend to their trial when the need arises?
