Kaban ni D_BystandeR: NAGKADAGHAN ANG WALAY PINUY-ANAN SA PANAHON NI MAYOR MIKE???

It is always the case that whenever there is a conflagration Mayor Mike Rama will always make himself visible to fire victims and in every case always proclaim himself the harbinger of good news. But are we going to believe everything that he says because instead of helping them he is there multiplying the number of informal settlers that almost always take place as incontrovertible truth because many of the fire victims cannot come back anymore to reclaim their old original spot before the disaster? And Mayor Mike will always call it in favor of an orderly treatment to fire victims. And you will certainly know this as indisputable truth when you suddenly realize you are already one of the many informal settlers who struggle endlessly to find a place to call their home again.

Footnote: This comment came out in connection with a recent fire that took place in Purok 3, Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City which rendered a lot of families  affected by the fire as homeless.
