Kaban ni D_BystandeR: NATALIGAM-AN NI P-NOY ANG MGA GIYOLANDA SA ISLA SA CAMOTES UG BANTAYAN?

This matter was already brought to the attention of P-Noy by Tommy O when the  former had a chance to be here in Cebu in the aftermath of typhoon Yolanda but was not given any interest or not appreciated at all by P-Noy.

The  President could have made an encouraging sign even if he only said, as a matter of compliment, that he will assign it to his staff in Malacanang to have it studied. And now the need is felt because local government units, especially Rehab Czar Ping Lacson has recognized the necessity that they cannot proceed with their rehabilitation plan without any move on the part of P-Noy to do something so that land titles can be issued and effected in Bantayan Island and Camotes in connection with their plan to rehabilitate the said places.
