Kaban ni D_BystandeR: GIDOKTORAN ANG CCTV???

What appeared to be an easy way to solve the mystery about the missing 79 trees unceremoniously uprooted from their location in Osmena Boulevard through the help of the CCTV camera which the city hall installed in strategic places of the city spending millions of taxpayers money in the process, proved to be the most ridiculous performance of a CCTV which is believed to have been mercilessly subjected to a selective "doctoring" by unseen hands. That portion which the viewers wanted to see to find out how and who uprooted the trees were missing in the replay of the film except in that portion where the backhoe was shown. Showing the backhoe without the "action" connected to the removal of the trees is nothing, it's useless to the investigators. Could it be the handiwork of Mayor Mike Rama, whose position as the City Mayor, can easily influence the outcome the  film replay?

He was known from the very beginning to be lukewarm to the idea of conducting investigation into the missing trees. And we cannot blame him if he was all behind this hullabaloo because the contractor - WT Construction - was reported to be one of his biggest financial contributor in the May elections last year that successfully helped him capture his present seat in the city hall.
