Kaban ni D_BystandeR: DILI SAYON ANG PAMUNUAN NI CJ SERENO

The situation of Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno is not easy, it's not like "a walk in the park." Just imagine the "tightrope" she is in at present, with chums of the ousted CJ Corona in that group of justices "throwing their weight around" and a majority of them identified with those who felt bitter with her being chosen to replace Corona instead of anyone of them - the "old-timers." And with the responsibility to effect the needed reforms in the judiciary entrusted to her, the lukewarm response of the justices to her leadership and their uncooperative mood seem to be the biggest stumbling block to her success and of the crusade she is expected to lead. This drove Senator Kiko Pangilinan to talk about the counter moves of the "chums" of Corona in regard to the putting up of an office in Cebu to decentralize the operation of the Supreme Court. And these people who are making her role difficult to consider any leeway of success are confident they are beyond any disciplinary action of the President because they can only be punished by impeachment which is an impossible thing to happen because they comprised the majority. 

It is a case where the people can only expect a miracle to happen to enlighten them and that they be reminded by the Holy Spirit that they occupy a sacred position to administer justice to people of different molds - rich and poor alike - and that this is no place for them to be enslaved with their personal and selfish motives.
