Kaban ni D_BystandeR: GIHIMULBOLAN ANG BUS???

The case involving a Tourist Bus given by Cebu provincial government to Barili during the time of suspended governor Gwen was found inside a private warehouse already cannibalized. Barili Mayor Teresito Marinas is finalizing his investigation before filing a case in court against two of his barangay captains identified as Norman Anore of barangay Mantalongon

and Nelson Gingoyon of barangay Guibuwangan. The tourist bus was hidden inside a private warehouse of Pragmatic Development and Construction Corp. The tourist bus was not given to the LP Mayor Marinas who is supposed to be the "titular head of a town" but was instead entrusted to a One Cebu Party mate, a barangay captain of Mantalongon, Norman Anore who is the head of the Association of Barangay Councils. Vice Mayor Marlon Garcia, the suspended governor's brother disclosed that barangay captain Anore questioned the recall order from Govenor Magpale because according to him there was no problem with the bus in Anore's custody and that Anore was finding time to call the barangay council to a meeting regarding the "recall." This is the height of arrogance of the Garcia family. Even if the Tourist bus was found cannibalized and stripped of all the tires and hidden in a private warehouse still Vice Mayor Gacia insisted there was nothing wrong with the bus. 

Eva Encabo, Chief of General Services at the Capitol, together with Barili town police chief, Inspector Arvi Arbuis and elements of the Mayor's office composed the group that went to the place where the bus was kept and brought it to the town hall. It was earlier reported that the Tourist Bus was used to transport passengers to Simala, Argao and vice-versa.
