Kaban ni D_BystandeR: NAGBAHA ANG KUWARTA SA PAMOLITIKA???

It was no less than the retired Chief Justice Davide who noticed the practice of the suspended governor Gwen to make provincial sorties before her suspension distributing funds to people in barangays in the countysides in the presence of her brother PJ Garcia which has no personality or relation whatsoever to the provincial funds being distributed which Davide  claimed as highly "indecent and immoral" which has no other palpable reason to be doing so except to make early campaigning. And the amount bespeaks of how an official without any qualm in spending government funds just so she can squander money for her selfish motives spent no less than a whooping amount of P141 million for "socio-cultural activities but not a single centavo for the protection of the environment to mitigate the effects of climate change." It would have gained semblance of consequence to justify his presence if the funds distributed is from his "pork barrel" being a 3rd District congressman. What a clear case of early campaigning, Davide stressed. And this is rightly so perhaps believing that the Cebuano electorate is so naive as not to understand the hidden meaning of their "giveaways" the suspended governor has so callously done. 

But we already know that God does not tolerate this kind of lopsided "abuse" of power and influence so what happened to Gwen is what we call "karma."
